Science is incredibly important in understanding how to improve your health and wellbeing. But there are too many of us out there drowning in a sea of jargon. You don't need to know the intricacies of how the quadriceps connect to the patella (that's for me to worry for you!). What I offer instead, as the Jargon Free PT, is an easy way to navigate the world of fitness.

Often my clients are new to the gym entirely, or they may be no stranger to the gym, but aren't seeing the results they're looking for. Together we will change that.

A coaching experience with me is different, it's about having an ally in fitness, helping you to find enjoyment in exercise, and keeping you at the gym and pushing when you'd rather be having that Netflix binge.

Duty Manager at UCS active in Hampstead, I’m a level 3 trained professional taking on new and existing members of the sports centre. Living in South East London, I also train clients in the local area including Hither Green and Lewisham. During the warmer months we’ll utilise the outdoor spaces. So that’s North and South covered! Let's do this!

What I Offer

Specialist Sessions

Most of my sessions are 60 minutes long and 2-3 sessions a week can really maximise your results. You can chose to focus on one of the areas below or a combination of multiple approaches depending on your goals. I will put your needs at the centre of your training.
Training within a group is a fantastic way to get in the rhythm and get that heartrate up. The classes I run include....[INSERT].... All fitness abilities welcome.
Group Classes
Quite often those new to the gym see others pumping the iron on the benches and think it's only for the pros. This is not the case. Training with free weights can be an activity for all fitness levels. If toning up is your goal, it's a fantastic way to It isolates more muscle groups than machine based fitnes.
Free Weights
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is HIIT is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. Get the heart rate up -> recover -> repeat. It can be one of the best ways to lose weight, whilst also building muscle.
HIIT
Can't make it to the gym? Using Skype or FaceTime, we can go remote and hold sessions together from the comfort of your own home.

Remote Training

Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.
Core Strength
Punch something that doesn’t hit back, lose weight & have some fun. Pad training is a fantastic way to get in shape as the boxing moves distract you from the high intensity cardio that takes place. Also a great option for developing arm strength and agility.
